It seems pretty unassuming at first, almost casual with the blankness of it, but inside there is something... More. There's a lot of legal mumbo jumbo that Aki doesn't necessarily expect Denji to get or understand, but on the final page is his name, and a signature, and a post it, explaining things:
We're family, so we should make it official. Sign here, and we'll be brothers. Legally, and in our hearts. If that's what you want. Burn it if you don't.
